Job Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager of Franchise Sales. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our brand presence by driving franchise sales development initiatives.

Responsibilities :
1. Franchise Development :
- Execute strategies to identify and target potential franchisees.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the franchise industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification :
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective franchisees.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies through various channels.
- Qualify potential franchisees based on predefined criteria and business requirements.
3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations :
- Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential franchisees.
- Showcase the benefits and value proposition of our franchise model.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
4. Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure franchisee satisfaction.
- Address and resolve concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Documentation and Compliance :
- Assist in the preparation and review of franchise agreements and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in franchise sales processes.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to streamline documentation processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Min. 2 to 3 Years of experience in franchise sales or B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of franchise industry trends, business models and dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
