Role and Responsibility :

- Conduction of Regular Demo Sessions for Interested Clients

- Conduction of Live sessions for training the enrolled learners

- Conduction of Demo Sessions for the potential customers

- Helping Sales team in nurturing and converting leads by assisting in technical knowledge for the markets.

- Passionate about Teaching and mentoring, helping learners to understand and implement the concepts

- Camera friendly for participating in content creation for social media and for recorded courses.

- Support the team with other responsibilities as required

- Excellent problem-solving ability.

- Experience of at least one year in curriculum development and teaching & Mentoring the Sales floor

MOST IMPORTANTLY : Willing to work in flexible shifts and weekends also with flexible Week offs."

QUALIFICATION :

- NSE/NISM CERTIFICATIONS in Stock Markets, Thorough Knowledge of Technical Analysis, Knowledge of Price Action.

EXPERIENCE : 1-2 years of Equity Dealing, Equity Advisors, Trading, Trainer, Cross Selling, Wealth Managing

SKILL SETS : Excellent Communication Skills, Experience in Stock Market,

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Time management skills.

- Critical thinking skills.

- Soft Sales skills.

- Self Motivated & driven by targets

- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
