Job Description Of Sales Executive :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through telephonic communication and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Proactively identify and target potential customers through outbound calls. Conduct market research to expand the customer base and enhance sales opportunities.
Telephonic Sales :
- Engage with leads and prospects through effective communication over the phone. Present products/services, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Sales Conversion :
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
