Job Description :


As a Brand Partnerships Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with external brands. Your role will involve building strong relationships, identifying collaborative opportunities, and executing impactful brand partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our brand image. You will work closely with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with our company goals.

Responsibilities :


- Identify and evaluate potential brand partnership opportunities that align with our target audience, brand values, and marketing objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform partnership strategies.

-Proactively reach out to potential partner brands to explore collaboration opportunities and establish mutually beneficial relationships.

- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and metrics for success are defined.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and develop creative concepts and campaigns that leverage the strengths of both our brand and the partner brand.

- Coordinate and manage the execution of brand partnership initiatives, ensuring all activities are implemented smoothly and within agreed timelines.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand partnerships, collecting and analyzing relevant data and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of each collaboration.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to leverage brand partnerships in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration ideas.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners, fostering ongoing collaboration and identifying opportunities for growth.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or courses in brand management or partnership marketing are a plus.

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in brand partnerships, marketing, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-focused industry.

- Strong understanding of brand positioning, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative partnership ideas and activations.

- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to evaluate partnership performance and drive data-driven decision making.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
