Marketing Responsibilities :

- Launching & scaling 1-to-1 and 1-to-many engagement levers - awareness, acquisition, activation, retention & wallet share growth to develop execute and manage marketing plans

- Experiment and execute campaigns across - email campaigns, WhatsApp, product & outbound initiatives

- Work on marketing creatives, videos for socializing product features, user journeys, targeting key customer segments

- Perform deep user research on different cohorts to understand behaviors.

- Learn industry best practices in executing these levers - both through secondary sources and from primary interviews with relevant companies.

- Create marketing content and collateral, including graphics, case studies, blogs, and audio/video.

- Creative thinking with a responsibility to achieve marketing goals/outcomes

The Right Candidate :

- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.

- You have high ownership, strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

- Open to all Bachelors' education with a minimum ~2 yrs work experience. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Open to Pre-MBA and Post-MBA (waiting to join) candidates

- Any prior working experience in marketing preferably in a B2B or B2B2C fintech or international education sectors is a plus. Curiosity for startups, technology and growth.

- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) , influence and presentation skills

- Passion/Achievements shown in academic record, and/or in extracurricular activities

Employment Type :

Reports to : Head of Business

Stipend/Compensation : Negotiable based on experience and skills for 2-3 months. Post this period, hiring/extension compensation will be based on market benchmarked remuneration.
