Sterling Groceries - Executive - Sales/General Trade (1-3 yrs)
Required : FMCG industry
- Responsible for establishing,maintaining and expanding customer and retailer base.
- Responsible for sales,market exploration and business development.
- No of productive outlets/stores per month.
- Collections from the GT stores.
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Meeting with the retailers,discuss the issue regarding the products & supply.
- Maintain positive business and retailer relationships in the effort to extend retailer lifetime value.
- Direct reporting to Distributor/Manager
- Check performance, merchandising,visibility,POP,promotion plans with retailers,secondary schemes for retailer.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
