Step One Step Ahead - Executive - Inside Sales/Business Development (2-5 yrs)

- Preparing marketing and sales strategies.

- Generating appropriate leads for our business lines based on in-depth, geo/industry/product research & competitor analysis for focused verticals through web and social media

- End to end sales closure

- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.

- Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. 


- Analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects

- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

- Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.

- Attend tradeshows and other events in order to develop leads.

- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.

- Taking feed backs from the clients.

- Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. Analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects

Skill Set and Expertise :

- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.

- Good negotiation and sales skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.

- 2-5 years of overall experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling for US/North America/UK region

- Experience in tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.

- Good to have experience in RPA, RTA

- Good Interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude & Go-getter

- Being Social Media savvy would be an advantage

- Must be a graduate

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
