Stellar Information - Inside Sales Specialist (3-5 yrs)

The ideal candidate should have a total of 3-5 years of proven software sales experience, preferably B2B software, demonstrating a track record of success in Inside Sales. Flexibility to work in shifts is a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Close inside sales leads to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for BitRaser's data erasure solutions.

- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and virtual meetings.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets within specified timeframes.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from probing leads, creating responses to closure, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Desired Experience:

- Should have 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Enterprise Sales for the USA / UK region

- Outbound Sales on existing leads/ Business Development, Inside Sales, Prospecting, US Sales, IT Software Sales.

- Comfortable working in the US shift

Shift Timing - 5:00 pm to 2:00 am IST (US Shift) or other shift

Key Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.

- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, as the role may require coverage during different time zones.

- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and management.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be either a BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc. (IT). MBA in Sales & Marketing/ International business is preferred.
