Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales in dairy segment. Co-operative, Corporate, Dairy Farms, Dealers

- Managing the entire account from generating lead, pricing, negotiation, closing, follow-up, deployments, payments, repeat order, etc.

- Able to cross sell products and services to existing and new organization

- Able to analyse the customer requirements and assertively convince internal stakeholders for working on those requirements

- Coordinating with other teams- post-sales, installation, and commissioning activities

- Manage the relationship with key stakeholders of the organization and able to manage conflicts without affecting the long-term relationship with the customer

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support

- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities.

- Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys

- Provide inputs to engineering team to make the products more relevant for customers

- Selling Products through consultancy approach

- Engaging with dealers to onboard with different products sale
