- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us sell products and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Desired Qualifications/Experience & Skills :

- MBA/M.Com/BBA/B.com/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical /Electrical)

- 2-5 Years in capital sales, direct sales, B2B Industry (preferably from mechanical & electrical industry)

Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English & Hindi

- Should have thorough experience in Direct Sales.

- Excellent Leadership ability.

- Should have prior experience of working in Heavy Equipment Industry

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

- A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients.

- Good networking skills.

- Good knowledge of attending seminars, exhibitions, conferences and events whenever required.

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Manage the pipeline to drive sales revenue and exceed target goals.

- Consistently achieve sales objectives through sales to new customers and sales of additional services to existing customers.

- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies, ethics and code of conduct.
