Steelkraft Hospitality - Executive - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.
- Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Tele-calling, cold calling, responding to complaints from customers, and give after-sales support when requested.
- Plan and coordinate the meetings with customers or clients in a way that helps in easy closure and execution of a project.
- Act as a primary or initial point of contact for the pre-existing or current clients.
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
- Generate new business/leads and increase monthly sales revenue through Direct Sales (Hotels, Hospitals, Restaurants, etc.)
- Develop, implement and follow marketing strategies and plans for achieving sales targets, including market mapping.
- Develop new business within the existing customer base. Develop and maintain Strong Customer Relationship.
- Ensure coordination with all the support functions.
Qualifications and Skills :
Communication Skills : English, Hindi, Kannada
Technical Skills : MS Office, Basic Computer Skills
