Job description: for a Business Development Executive (Online Bidder):

Online Bidding : Researching and identifying potential business opportunities on various online platforms such as freelancing websites, bidding portals, like Upwork, Freelancer and other digital marketplaces. This involves understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and submitting bids to secure projects or contracts.

Lead Generation : Actively prospecting and generating leads through Linkedin, online channels, professional networks. Identifying potential clients and initiating contact to promote the company's services or products.

Proposal Development : Creating persuasive and professional proposals, including detailed project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing structures. Customizing proposals according to client requirements and ensuring they align with the company's capabilities and objectives.

Client Communication : Interacting with clients to understand their needs, address queries, and negotiate terms and conditions. Maintaining regular communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Market Research : Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and new market opportunities. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Strategy : Contributing to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business growth targets. Providing insights and recommendations to improve the company's offerings and competitiveness in the market.

Reporting and Analysis : Maintaining accurate records of bids, proposals, and project outcomes. Analyzing data related to win rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated from online bidding activities. Providing regular reports to management on key performance metrics and making suggestions for improvement.
