Steadfast Medishield - Area Sales Manager (3-6 yrs)
STEADFAST is hiring! A wonderful opportunity for Nutraceutical experienced only.
- Apply only if working in Nutraceutical industry or into health and wellness supplement sales.-
- Achieve product wise, value wise, monthly, quarterly and annual targets by adhering to set work norms.
- Develop customer database through selection of towns, routes and profiling of customers and abide by the patch plan provided to you.
- Meet customers at a predefined frequency to ensure availability of all Steadfast Nutrition SKU's in adequate quantity.
- Know the products. Undertake timely and effective implementation of company's product promotion plan to enhance distribution penetration and improve visibility in stores of all brands.
- Seek co-operation of channel partners to aid distribution and visibility of Steadfast Nutrition products and timely receipts of payments.
- Do a religious follow up with customers for end to end needs and inform your peers timely about the scenario of the market and customers.
- Take part in field promotions be it in gymnasiums, boutique stores, supermarkets, malls, academies, federations etc. whenever required, without obstruction of time.
- Maintain records and send reports including tour programs, daily, weekly reports, expense claims, orders and information about competitive products and activities.
Required Candidate profile:
1. Min 2 years experience in Sales (Sports Nutrition sales experience will be an added advantage).
2. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Proactive learner and a go getter.
4. A strong willingness to adapt and explore.
5. Candidate having their own transportation and willing to join immediately will be preferred.
6. Flexible with work and time
