- Years/type of experience : 10+ years of experience in relevant field.

- Monitoring the Primary & secondary sales & Inventory of every HQ. at every month.

- Field work in the entire assigned zone or region to identify new markets and opportunities

- Create New business partner and Identifying the opportunities for sales growth

- Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones & Coordination with ZSM

- Monitoring the Depot/C&FA/Distributors administration, sales forecasting, proper indenting and redistribution.

- To achieve the business objective /Target through the team of ASMs & Sales Executives.

- Responsible for Revenue Collection.

- Responsible for Branding & Promotion and Preparation of innovative promotional strategies.

- Market planning, Strategy Development, Monitoring & Review for the products within the assigned portfolio.

- Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones & Coordination with ZSM.

- Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.

- Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and professional development to a large team of experienced sales and marketing professionals for ensuring optimum performance

- Conducting Monthly Review meeting with the team.

- Communicate and report effectively to the ZSM.
