State Sales Head - Beverage (10-14 yrs)
- To monitor the sales on day to day basis.
- Manage sales and distribution network of Company,
- Develop Budgets and sales strategies and overseeing their effective implementation to achieve goals.
- Set individual team member sales and distribution targets, role definitions and evaluation of achievement of the same.
- Monitoring Schemes in DISTRIBUTORS
- To track segment wise market share for individual outlets and regions.
- Monitor with respect to budget, plan and inventory turnover ratio.
- To ensure State profitability by keeping track of various heads of liability under control. |
- Rationalization, Up-gradation and Expansion of distribution network to maintain market discipline, increase market share and improve Brand image.
- Lead, train and develop a team of Sales and Commercial and depot staffs.
- Sales and Distribution Module for sales reports.
- Coordination and managing all liaisoning between Company and Distributor.
- Promoting positive customer relationships and serve as a problem-solver & resource to customers
- Meet the business target monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Networking with different locations within Rajasthan.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
