Job Description :
- The incumbent will be responsible for AP and Telangana for Business Loans and build a quality portfolio.
- The incumbent will have to maintain good yield generating portfolio.
- The incumbent should have good knowledge on the industry performance which is vital for building quality portfolio.
- The incumbent should have experience of handling team, manage relationship with Channel Partners. Would be responsible for handling both DSAs & DSTs.
- He would be responsible for new acquisition & serve the existing customers.
- The incumbent should have good networking and relationship building and new business development skills.
- The incumbent has to be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- The incumbent should be dynamic, flexible and should have ability to motivate a team. Also should be able to maintain good inter department relations.
- To identify the need of changing market trends, channel development.
