Looking to hire State Sales Head-Mobile Accessories for Karnataka, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
About Company : Digigen Systems Private Limited, exclusive National Distributor of Global Brand (www.Vidvie.in) which has a presence in more than 15 countries (www.vidvie.hk). Having flagship store of around 1500 sq. ft. in the heart of Mumbai city.
Job Description: Creating and expanding distribution channels (dealers, franchise etc) across the state for a global brand in mobile accessories products.
1. Candidate having strong experience in handling Mobile/ Mobile Accessories business.
2. Should have handled Mobile / Mobile Accessories Sales and is capable of handling PAN India role.
3. Should have good team management skills.
4. Developing and implementing GTM strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
5. Driving distributor consolidation and distributor management processes leading to a cost-effective distribution model, customized for individual brands.
6. Monitoring & controlling distributor ROI, subsidy and incentives budget.
