State Head - Sales & Marketing - Wires & Cables (9-15 yrs)
Job Summary:
- We are currently hiring for the position of "State Head - Sales & Marketing" for the product line of HT/LT cables and House Wires across South i.e. Bangalore & Hyderabad.
- Person would be responsible to drive wires & cables business across state
Industry preferred:
Manufacturing wires, power cables, switch gear, switches, lightnings, motors, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To develop and establish organisational objectives.
- Effective management in Sales LDC / Wires /LT/HT cables.
- Developing dealer/distributor market. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies
- Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project inquiry and bring business through corporate as well as retail sales.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration
- Conduct seminars / contractor/ wire-man meets
- Monitor industry best practices
- Striking project sales
- Team Management
Education and Experience:
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma / BSC-Electronics
- Technical marketing skills
- Should have good network in the retail segment
- Proven experience in House wires & Power Cables
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications
