Responsibilities include :
- Planning the territory and setting up targets for the area.
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory.
- Monitoring availability and visibility of all products in the outlets/market.
- Preparing daily market working schedule for each RDS points.
- Planning and supervising sales activation at District level and driving the sales team in the allotted area.
- Maintaining and strengthening the existing distributor network.
- Identifying and appointing new RDS/Super Stockists.
- Developing overall Sales plans for sales growth.
