- Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to increase the profitability of the Company.

- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the entire Hyderabad sales team.

- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes for multiple projects.

- Responsible for entire projects' Team Targets and managing Sales Leaders & entire sales team effectively.

- Monthly order forecasting for production planning. and able to achieve month-on-month sales targets.

- Aggressively driving Sales, Lead Generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting, and Sales & Customer Service Management.

- Developing, Enhancing, and implementing comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, and achieve targeted sales.

- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.

- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware of the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.

- Adaptive to work on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances.

- Good people management skills.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- Able to train /mentor /coach and make his team perform.

- Handling team size of 20- 30 Members
