ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Should have a good stability background
2) No disconnection with current market is preferred
3) Should Identify the new potential and suitable dealers/Distributors and appoint them in the said states
4) Should develop good relationship with partners and manage dealers effectively
5) Ensure all the sales are done by the commercial policies of the company.
6) Should have good Commercial and Technical Knowledge on concept selling
7) Need to have experience in handling a team effectively.
8) Should have proven sales achievement records in assigned States
