State Head - Bathroom Fitting & Sanitaryware (7-10 yrs)
A leading Ceramic company is looking for State Head
1. Developing and maintaining sales of the state
2. Maintaining good relations with various channel partners/ dealers/architects builders etc.
3. Training and motivating team to attain the sales target
4. Looking after marketing & branding need of the market.
5. Increasing the brand visibility through adding retail and project sales.
- Responsible to achieve sales targets along with planning for sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitoring the day to day activities and performance of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying, contacting, and meeting potential customers and strategic partners.
- Monitoring the optimum stock availability in depots.
- Planning and successful implementation of sales promotion activities.
- Should be aware of competitor activities and innovative trends in the marketplace and apprise Marketing team of the same.
Experience : 7-10 years
Candidate must be from Ceramic Industry
Able to manage team of 10-12 members.
