State Head - B2C Sales (5-10 yrs)

SUMMARY

A State Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the company in a geographical area. State head will be based out of capital city of each state

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products. He will be handling a team from 10 to 20 service associate & TSM .

- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales or other relevant Direct Sales experience, with a track record of quota over-attainment

- More than 3 years of leadership and managerial experience

- Experience in the B2C Direct Sales and managing call centers a plus

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area .

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Servicing the needs of your existing customers

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Setting sales targets for all the member in the team

- Allocating areas to managers and executives

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

- Compiling and analysing sales figures

- Collecting customers feedback and market research

- Reporting to senior managers

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

- Responsible for reviewing the performance of the team periodically and implementing course

corrections wherever required

- Preparing Sales & Marketing forecasts

- Develops and promotes good work ethics & professionalism among self and team members

- Gather Market Intelligence and share with the Company for future product development.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent

- Master's degree in sales, marketing or business administration

- Must have advanced computer knowledge and skills

- 8 to 10 years of related experience with progressive management experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Able to identify and resolve problems, work well independently or as part of a team

- Good business sense

- The ability to motivate and lead a team

- The ability to work calmly under pressure

- Initiative and enthusiasm
