Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Strategist at our office in New Delhi. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our business goals. This includes managing and developing web content, creating marketing material, and collaborating with other departments to create effective content solutions.

Responsibilities:

1) Manage end to end content creation of StartupGyaan along with video editor & social media manager.

2) Build content strategy for StartupGyaan Youtube channel & other social media channels.

3) Research & write scripts for StartupGyaan Youtube & Instagram by choosing relevant topics.

4) Posting the video on Youtube (& Yt Stories & Community) with proper description, tags, title etc.

5) Understand feedback, data and other metrics to grow the Youtube & other social media channels.

Skills:

1. Good Researching Ability

2. Awesome Script writing & Copyrighting Skills

3. Data driven & out of box thinker

4. Good Command over Hindi & English

Requirements:

1. Laptop

2. Access to high speed internet

3. Self Motivated, Curious, hardworking

4. At least 1 year experience with digital and/or video-based content initiatives and/or innovation projects.

Qualifications

- Content Strategy, Content Management, and Content Development skills

- Web Content Writing and Writing skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English

- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms

- Knowledge of SEO and analytics

- A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
