Startek - Key Account Manager - eCommerce Verical (1-10 yrs)
Minimum Educational Qualification : MBA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in Field Sales.
- Salary up to 5.40 LPA + additional incentive and benefits
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and products
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation skills
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends, working on Price reduction, Advertisement revenue, ROI.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and onboarding new Sellers.
- Willingness to Work on field and work flexibility is often required in this position.
- The primary goal is to promote and increase sales of Sellers through face-to-face meetings and consultations, in addition to phone and email correspondence.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets of sellers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
