Staragile - Executive - Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Handling inbound calls from customers
2. Handling online trainings/workshops during weekend (Sat, Sun)
3. Recording workshops and uploading in G-Drive
4. Sharing workshop meeting links for all the registered participants
5. Sharing post class emails with participants once workshops gets completed
6. sharing course completion certificate with all the participants
7. Declaring and managing workshop dates in website
8. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
9. Workshops events creation in LinkedIn and Facebook
10. Workshop completion posting in social media
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Education - Any graduation degree.
2. Good Verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
4. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.
