Desired Profile:
- Ability to drive organization wide improvement of customer experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the Saas Industry with a good understanding of various functions and departments including Development, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Quality, etc
- Experience in managing client relationships across business sectors and able to interact with internal teams and customers across departments and Geographies.
- Has a good eye for sifting through data to identify problem areas as reported by customers. Can provide excellent summary information / insights.
- Ability to understand how customers interact with organizations at various touchpoints and identify improvement areas. Can develop detailed customer journeys using best in class templates.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Is able to present to and engage audiences over the web or in face-to-face meetings - be it internal stakeholders or key customer personnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluates customer pulse by going through all customer feedback, speaking to customers, and understanding the business environment.
- Usage of insights gained to help/guide various departments (Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product, etc.) to come up with customer experience improvements and initiatives required.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop and monitor a set of key metrics and KPIs for measuring and improving Customer Experience.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with multiple stakeholders within Staqu to ensure close collaboration and working together.
- Follow up on action items and key initiatives across departments.
- Facilitate,, inspire as needed to ensure that there is good progress in all initiatives.
