Stanza Living - City Sales Associate (1-4 yrs)
1. Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
2. Should have interest in Business development (B2B INSTITUTIONAL) - Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
3. Meet with Colleges, Universities, Private Institutions to understand the scope of business and their expectations.
4. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
5. On-boarding new institutions and ensuring high ARR(B2C) of Stanza properties.
6. Researching potential leads from the open markets, web searches, or digital resources.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing the regional language will be a plus.
- Should be comfortable working round-the-clock, with a week off on Sundays. Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
