StanPlus - Team Leader - Customer Service (3-5 yrs)
- Must have experience in leading a team of 10-30 call centre agents.
- Oversee team performance analysis and update senior management.
- Handle all escalations related to customers in a professional manner.
- Act as a mentor to the team, train, and evaluate their performance.
- Maintain data on team attendance and leaves on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Monitoring and auditing calls of respective team members and share feedback.
- Implementation of performance measures in the team.
- Conduct daily team meetings before shift start and share updates in regards to the process.
- Conduct 1x1 meetings with team members and share feedback.
- Must be flexible to work in all shifts.
- Proven work experience as a Team Lead in the call centre process.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu is mandatory.
- Fluency in other languages will be a plus.
- Domain experience in Healthcare would be an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu
- 3-4 years- experience in Customer Services,preferably in voice or retail process
- Excellent listening skills and Verbal Communication & Data Entry Skills
