Job Description:
- Implement Strategies (Branding / Marketing) consistent with the business's overall goals & objectives, taking into confidence the brand principles.
- Execution of Brand/Product Campaigns (ATL & BTL), Launches, Re-Launches, Contests, Reader Connect initiatives, Events & Promotions. (Preferable).
Internal & External : social media marketing (hands-on with google analytics, google ads, SEO marketing).
- Market Research & Analysis periodic surveys to monitor/analyze: Brand Health Track / Product developments - specific to business needs & markets.
- Develop, plan, implement & evaluate Reader Connect Campaigns(online campaigns for FB & YouTube) & Engagements.
- Manage B2B communication including Advertisers/Clients, Ad agencies & Regional communities.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop content, editing & production of the In-house Magazine in regional languages & CSR Newsletter.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum years of 4 to 7 Years of experience
- PG in Marketing / Mass Communication / Media from tier 1 and tier 2.
- Should have hands-on experience in Paid/Performance Marketing)
- Should have hands-on experience in Branding BTL activities.
- Should be from a Healthcare background or have worked in Healthcare Brand or Startup
- A very good understanding of brand and media communication strategies and principles. Has experience in implementing a 360-degree brand and media communication strategy in the healthcare domain (hospital, diagnostics, pharma E-commerce)
- Having experience in on-ground implementation of media, branding, and communication activations encompassing ATL, BTL, OOH, and Digital for major launches and marketing campaigns
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good team player.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Versatile, dynamic, curious.
