Job Description :

As a Sales Executive at STACKIOT, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and sales of our Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored ESL solutions to enhance their retail operations. This position requires a proactive and outgoing individual who is willing to meet clients in person and showcase our ESL technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement : Identify and target potential clients in the retail industry who can benefit from our ESL solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of STACKIOT's ESL technology, features, and benefits. Be able to effectively communicate these to clients and address their inquiries.

Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our ESL solutions. Tailor presentations to align with the specific needs and challenges of each client.

Solution Customization : Collaborate with the technical team to customize ESL solutions based on client requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions meet the unique needs of each client.

Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to ESL and IoT. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Client Support : Provide post-sales support and assistance to clients to ensure their successful implementation of ESL solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or retail sector.

- Strong understanding of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) or similar technology is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Willingness to travel to client offices for meetings and presentations.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
