Responsibilities :

- Answer customer care calls and resolve buyer queries.

- Create tickets on support software and close them timely.

- Calling up customers whose orders have been delayed in transit and keeping them informed.

- Extensively following up with courier companies and getting shipments delivered.

- Servicing customer queries over Email, Facebook, Instagram, and any other platform.

- Reconciling payments from Courier companies and issuing refunds if applicable.

- Following up with customers and asking them to complete their purchases.

- Calling up customers and asking them for their feedback and giving them feedback links.

- Calling up customers who have placed COD orders and confirming their order.

- Responding to negative customer comments online and managing reputation.

Skills Required : Patient Listener, Excellent Communication skills - Must know fluent English (Oral and written) and Hindi, Good Typing Speed, Problem Solving, Greatly confident.

Education Required :

- University/College degree is an asset.

- Familiarity with office software and phone applications.

Preference :

- Candidates from the E-commerce industry will be highly preferred

- Female candidates are preferred.

- This would be a work-from-office role.

Job Location: Mumbai Malad E (close to western express highway)
