Job Brief :

- Profit maximization is the goal of a sales representative's work, which includes prospecting for new customers, providing information, and negotiating contracts. Competitive as well as trustworthy sales executives are needed to assist us grow our company. Among the duties of a sales executive, finding fresh customers, negotiating agreements, and keeping customers happy are included. We're looking for people with outstanding communication skills who are experienced in reaching out to prospective clients via phone calls and emails, in order to explain our products and services. Attitude, approach, and abilities-as well as a keen sense of business-would be given more weighting than the individual's academic credentials.

Responsibilities :

- Carrying out market survey to uncover marketing opportunities and to analyze client requirements.

- The use of cold calling, marketing, as well as social media to actively search for prospective sales possibilities.

- Engaging with prospective customers in order to have a better understanding of their requirements and concerns.

- Managing complaints and objections while negotiating or closing transactions.

- Working in a team to get best outcomes.

- Involving internal teams in order to reach best operational resolutions.

- Making phone calls or sending emails to new and current clients.

- Must focus on revenue generation, good conversion rate and profit maximization.

- Maintaining contact with potential clients and building connections with them; offering solutions and giving assistance, information and direction; recommending alternatives.

Requirements :

- A proven track record of success as a Sales Executive and/or a similar profile

- A strong command of English and an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office

- Hands-on CRM software expertise is an asset

- An in-depth knowledge of marketing as well as negotiation tactics

- An eagerness to learn and a passion to convince, and to sell

- Desire to achieve one's personal and professional goals using a method that is centered on the achievement of those goals

- Develop and deliver effective presentations

- In a highly competitive context, the capacity to adjust and develop is desired.

- Fresher's are also welcome.
