SSRP Infotech - Associate - Business Development (1-3 yrs)

The Business Development Associate will be face of the company, responsible for getting growth and software business by tapping into the demand through various online and offline channels. The Associate will directly report to founder of the company. The Associate will be responsible to manage the end to end sales of ERP software and work on - Concept Selling- to entrepreneurs of SME sector.

SSRP Infotech is a IT startup based out of Mumbai founded by IIT Kharagpur graduate with immense experience in companies like P&G. Team with Chief Technical Officer, Chartered Accountant, Business Analyst and software developers have vast experience in software development in various sectors. The vision is to help SMEs streamline their process and operations by using Business Intelligence software integrated with Tally ERP 9. Our software products are all customized to individual customer needs. Our designed software ensures minimum disruption to business ongoing operation. SSRP Business Intelligence Solution is integrated with Tally ERP providing businesses power to totally eliminate time consuming spreadsheets and manual efforts of following up work processes to help the organization achieve operational efficiencies.

Basic Screening Requirements:

1. Responsible for Software business development in Mumbai region

2. Create presentations and software demos for perspective customer

3. Should be familiar with - Concept Selling- to communicate the features of our software to SME's and create a need for these products.

4. Understand Customer needs and communicate the same to development team in effective manner for customization of the basic template.

5. Should be self-motivated individual who is confident of achieving sales targets within committed time.

6. Ongoing should be a good leader of people who can set up a sales-team from scratch for managing sales to handle business expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Willingness to travel and good communication skills

2. Self-motivated person who is a team player and able to mentor peers and subordinates to achieve tasks.

3. Knowledge in basic accounting, business operation, process and tally would be a added advantage.

4. Preference to Business Development Profile with software sales experience

5. Age 21 to 27 Years of Age- Based out of Mumbai

6. Willing to work in Startup and new projects

7. 6 Days a week- 25,000 p.m. (22,000/- p.m. Fixed plus 3,000/- p.m. Incentive)
