Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Greet customers and create rapport
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Developing leads and referrals
- Develops Sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- To achieve monthly targets as per company policy.
- Maintain a good relationship with dealers and able to generate revenue out of it.
- Work closely with sales and service team in order to close some private sales also.
