About the Team and Function : Sales Support- Termiantion Desk

Purpose of your Role :

Looking for termiantion desk executive to handle e2e is connection/termination for Enterprise Voice products e.g. GSIP, ITFS,DID, LNS, VTS etc

You will be accountable for :

Key Responsibilities :

- Good understanding and hands on exp in Enterprise voice products like GSIP, ITFS, DID, LNS, VTS, VSD, Insta CC, Cisco Webex etc

- Good Knowledge of Sales processes & knowledge for both L20 & O2C journey

- Handy experience for all provisioning tools like REPC, Metasolv, Optimus

- Exposure to handle multiple CFT's interaction would be a value add

- Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders

- Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel both internally and externally; e.g. leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies.

- Ability to work in and constructively contribute to team work environment and meet stringent deadlines.

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and follow through including the ability to document work.

Education : Any Bachelors degree (B.Tech/BE preferred)
