Sri Velavan Motors - Executive - Telecalling (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Regular follow-up with the existing customers
- Renewal calling
- Remind customers for vehicle service term
- Maintain and update customer database
- Enquire periodically about product performance and condition
- Receive and collect feedbacks regarding service provided
- Inform customers about current service plans
Requirements:
- Any degree
- Experience as a Tele caller in Service Department will be ab added advantage
- Effective and clear communication
- Language proficiency in English and Tamil
- Attention to detail
- Experience in Automobile industry will be an added advantage
- Female preferred-
