Responsibilities :
- Developing marketing plans and identifying opportunities that set goals for increasing footfalls at stores, and brand awareness
- Creating an effective store environment that will attract customers with visual appeal, comfort, and convenience
- Identity and collaborate with brands for cross-promotion
- Content creation ideas for social media (Reels, Short Videos, Static Images)
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Ensure Store upkeep from time to time
- Design & develop marketing materials, collaterals & Visual merchandising elements while working with an agency or in-house team
- Identify & execute brand collaboration opportunities to drive traffic to the store
- Maintain a marketing calendar for driving footfalls to offline stores - Stores at Malls,
- Hotel Partners, Multi-brand stores like Organic World etc.
