Mandatory Skills:

1. Able to lead Modern trade business operations across regions

2. Build SST brand in Modern Trade

3. Proven experience in FMCG, Ayurveda/Personal Care/Food products

4. Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales in the Modern markets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop a modern trade network and associate with top super markets, retail chains and malls.

2. Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activations in the region.

3. Firm up sales development plan to drive month and quarter priorities of the channel/region.

4. Manage order process through customers and order execution.

5. Ensure smooth operations at store level.

6. Build, mentor and monitor an efficient field team of merchandisers and promoters

7. Drive Merchandising, and in-store execution - Manage the merchandising agency and team.

8. Drive field efficiencies and ensure robust engagement & relationship matrix with MT customers.

9. Deliver sales objectives of volumes, value and market share.

10. Plan and Execute brand activation/channel activations at store level by working closely with Mall/store managers.

11. Ensure execution of merchandising KPIs eg. Attendance, beat adherence, share of shelf (SOS), availability, promo execution, asset execution & management.

12. Ensure high retention of merchandisers & promoters through team engagement.

13. Train team to deliver differentiated and innovative displays in the store

14. Drive field efficiencies - Brand level distribution, Range Selling (unique lines).

15. New Product Management - Work closely with Supply chain to understand the channel priorities on new launches/ channel specific plan

16. Robust plan to roll out GTM (go to market) strategy, superlative execution in terms of distribution and basic field efficiencies

17. Regular review and progress tracking with the team.

18. Establish and run relationship matrix between field team and customer store team, through regular visits, reviews and business planning.

19. Device market Analyze competitor's strategy and design

20. Commercial Management - Ensure commercial adherence in promo execution from distributors and pricing check at store

21. Review and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement and Champion's Scorecard and discuss with the Team.

22. Work closely with Supply chain, accounts, HO Heads, Category Managers, Store Managers, Retail chain heads
