Job Description.

We are looking for an Associate Category Sales Manager, responsible specifically to drive sales for the brand on E-Commerce channels for Supplements, Juices and Beverages category.

The candidate should have worked for at least 2-3 years either in Flipkart, Amazon or other ECommerce portals and have handled categories (Preferably if handled Supplements, Juices and Beverages category). Should have first hand experience in handling the marketplace side seller dashboard. Understanding all the necessary elements required to drive sales for a category with ads and without ads. Keen understanding on implementing waivers for the categories and good reputation within the marketplace teams where the candidate has worked earlier.

Responsibilities :

- Drive sales on Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant eCommerce platforms for the category.

- Daily monitoring the marketplace account and ensuring the product shows up on the first page by adding relevant keywords at the backend, opting in discounts, deals and waivers.

- Recommend best practices on the marketplace, understanding on commission fees, logistics fees, account health, A+ content, product keywords and other relevant components to drive healthy P/L.

- Develop and implement sales strategies for other leading marketplaces going forward to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships to leverage organic opportunities for driving visibility.

- Drive sales growth through effective account management, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new products, pricing for growth and optimization on ECommerce channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content and design teams and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.

- Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing, and promotions to inform sales strategy.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies and guidelines.
