Sresta - Regional Sales Coordinator (3-8 yrs)

- Sales Planning (to be shared within 18th - 20th of the month)

- Coordination with SE/BDM for monthly plan and sign off from RSM, by customer and by SKUs

- Follow up every week/every day with supply chain team for stock position

- Weekly updates and reports and tracking of planned vs actuals for sales, promotion and other consumer connect activities

- Month end sales report

Accounts :

- NRGP / CFA write off to be tracked and intimated to Finance team on a fortnightly basis and ensure that it is to be accounted on monthly basis with prior approval from RSM.

- Projected Collection on weekly basis to be received.

- Reasons for uncollected money from the distributor should be reported to Sales and Finance team monthly.

- Coordination and compilation of claim statement of distributors monthly to ensure seamless accounting in NAVISION.

- Immediately after quarter closing, it is mandatory to collect Distributor balance confirmation within 20 workings days of quarter closing.

- Periodical Stock Audit of CFA location and report the discrepancies if any to Sales and Finance team.

- Wherever the Finance team is not getting GRN acknowledgement from CFA, it is the responsibility of Sales Coordinator to provide the same.

- Ensure Modern Trade Statement of Accounts including debit notes to be provided on a periodical basis.

- Coordination with sales team to ensure timely submission of Travel Claims (On need basis)

- RTV's are to be tracked and entered in the system.

Skills and Competencies :

- To be considered for this position you must possess the following.

- Good Working knowledge of Excel is a must.

- Proven communication skills both orally and written with customers and internal colleagues.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

- Must have a keen eye to details.

- Degree in Finance or any other related field

- High result- and detail-orientation

- Ability to work under pressure.
