SR Analytics - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)

We at SR Analytics, a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services firm, are looking to add a Business Development Executive expert in its team.

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Business Development Executive with expertise in Power BI to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leveraging your Power BI skills to deliver data-driven insights. You will work closely with teams to understand client requirements, develop business strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to maximise business growth, profit and client satisfaction.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients.-

- Negotiate and close sales deals with new clients.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.

- Utilize BI tools and techniques to analyze and visualize data, and create meaningful insights for clients.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Power BI and related technologies.

- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, including contract negotiation and deal closure.

- Stays up to date on sales activities, market trends, and takes regular client feedbacks

Qualification :

- MBA in sales and marketing or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.-

- Experience: 1-3 years-

- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry.-

- Strong knowledge and experience with Power BI or other Data Analytics/BI tools-

- Strong Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills: -

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make recommendations for improving sales and marketing strategies and propose actionable recommendations.-

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal-

- Knowledge of the technology industry and emerging trends is a plus.-

- Exceptional negotiation skills-

- Strong organisational and time management skills-

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools-

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. -
