Job Description:

- Team Building & Recruitment (Should bring 5-6 team members along)

- Training and motivating team members for achieving the set targets

- Targeting Business of 6X of their team cost

- Lead management

- Driving the input matrix

- Individual targets to be achieved

- Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients

- Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries.

- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
