Job Description

We Are Looking For Highly Motivated, Goal Oriented Individuals For Our Sales Team! Business Development Sales Profile Will Be Required To Communicate And Explain The Ongoing Project To The Leads, Attend Walk Ins & Work Towards Converting Inquiries Into Bookings.

Roles And Responsibilities :

Candidate Should Comfortable With Property Selling (80% Inside Sales And 20% Field Work) - Generating Leads Via Innovative Marketing Strategies & Following Up With Existing Leads. 


- Growing Our Channel Partner Network And Increasing Engagement With Existing Network.


 - Responsible For Cold Calling And Site Visit Executions, Negotiations And Converting The Prospective Leads Into Bookings

I.e Deal Closing. 


- Aiming To Achieve Targets Of Sales. 


- Maintaining Accurate Records - Maximizing Sales Conversion Ratios 


- Building Productive And Trustworthy Relationships With Customers 


- Achieving High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction Through Excellent Sales Service


 - Reporting On A Daily/Weekly Basis.

Desired Skills :

High Levels Of Passion And Ownership Good Selling And Negotiation Skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Bachelor's Degree Required (BA/BSC/BBA/ MBA/BCOM Preferred)
