Square Yards - Associate - Field Sales (0-2 yrs)
Role: Sales Associate - Field Sales
Roles and Responsibilities :
- End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
- Scheduling and conducting property site visit
- Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing
- Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
- Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Proficient in both Hindi & English
- MS office
- Customer relationship
- Sales & Negotiations -
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is mandatory
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Having a Bike/scooty is mandatory
