Square Yards - Associate - Business Development - Telecalling/Telesales (1-2 yrs)
Role: Business Development Associate
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead generation of potential customer through all possible channels
- Sales to all potential leads via all possible methods like Calls, email, Whatsapp or face to face meetings
- Lead perusal, sales and on-boarding of the customer on the platform
- Ensuring data capture, metrics tracking and business intelligence
- Ensuring continuous improvement steps are taken to evolve as business
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient in both Hindi & English
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Good sales expertise
- Business Intelligence skills
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
- A graduate from any discipline is mandatory
- Minimum 1 yr experience in sales
- Telesales/telecalling experience in a Real estate developer/IPC preferred (not necessary)
- Female candidates only
Compensation:
- 20 - 25k per month
- Incentives based on sales
