Square Yards - Area Sales Manager (3-11 yrs)
Role : Manager (Interior Design background preferably)
Work Location : Mumbai & Pune
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Managing sales & design teams and maintaining sales operations.
2. Outlining and managing sales budgets.
3. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
4. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
5. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
6. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
7. Managing/ leading sales & design discussions. - Output: Managing their productivity & work output.
8. Customer experience & relationship management.
9. Managing sales & designing for 12-15 projects month-on-month through a team.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience
- General business skills
- Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
