What Are We Searching For?

- We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual excelling in Enterprise Saas and Partnership Sales to manage and build large scale enterprise and partnership opportunities with Automotive software providers and companies in the US / EU regions. You will work closely with the founder to build outreach and closure strategies, and eventually close the deals.

- This person, once start hitting the individual KRAs, will expand in scope to lead a team of Enterprise and partnership sales managers to go after similar set of customer profiles. This role requires travel to the US and EU along with the founder and discuss / close deals with large scale OEMs, Dealership groups and Automotive software companies.

- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients across the United States. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving Spyne.ai's growth in the B2B SaaS market, specifically within the enterprise segment.

What Will You Do?

1) Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise-level clients in the US. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual success.

2) Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through enterprise partnerships and large scale closures. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and align Spyne.ai's solutions to meet those requirements.

3) Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable insights to the leadership team.

4) Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with Spyne.ai's goals.

5) Integration Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop, test, and deploy partner integrations. Ensure that integrations meet or exceed industry standards and best practices.

What's a must-have for you to thrive?

1) BTech or MBA from top tier colleges (ISB / Tier 1 IIMs / Tier 1 IITs)

2) 3 - 6 years of sales experience, particularly dealing with Enterprise accounts in the US / EU regions.

3) Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota

4) Proficiency in sales enablement technologies and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).

5) Demonstrated track record of success (top 10% of sales org)

6) Previous experience selling SAAS products to Enterprise customers

7) Ability to develop senior-level relationships (functional and C-suite) to drive effective sales conversations relevant to customer demands and business drivers.

8) Proven experience in enterprise partnership development within the B2B SaaS industry.

9) Excellent negotiation skills.

10) Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
