We are looking for a strong, flexible, and entrepreneurial individual to grow our business at a rapid pace by managing a set of large scale clients. Our vision is to create the most reliable and trusted Photography Tech company in the world for all kinds of businesses (e-commerce, fashion, real-estate, food, jewellery, event, etc) moving online. This role will help us build strong trusted relationships with our esteemed clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop long-term relationship between major key clients and company

- Resolve key issues and complaints from the clients

- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs

- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

- Taking charge of the requirements of the projects by interfacing with all stakeholders - Operations, Marketing, Product.

- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics

Job requirements:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business or any related discipline

- 2 to 4 years of work experience wit E-commerce industry

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Strong negotiation skills, with incessant ability to follow-up on client requirements

- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry

- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
