What Are We Searching For ?

- We are seeking a talented and results-driven Associate Director, Growth Marketing, to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and a proven track record of driving SEO and content ranking, user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our B2B SaaS products via inbound and outbound channels.

What Will You Do ?

SEO & Content Development :

- Conduct technical SEO audits, help oversee site architecture and website migrations

- Confidently lead strategic initiatives for clients ranging from small to medium-sized local/regional businesses to enterprise-level companies, while mentoring other SEO team members

- Lead the integration of AI, specifically GPT-4, into SEO strategies

- Manage and mentor a team of SEO professionals, identifying and addressing skill gaps

- Drive enterprise content strategy and perform competitive analysis

Product Marketing :

- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop product pricing models, key messaging, and value proposition

- Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.

- Create marketing programs (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, ) that articulate the benefits of our products

- Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators

- Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle

Lead Nurturing :

- Define, implement, and oversee lead nurturing strategies to engage and educate prospects throughout the marketing/sales funnel.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Identify the correct marketing channels and activities to achieve monthly and quarterly marketing goals.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing growth campaigns.

- Identify and explore new ways to reach our audiences, experimenting with new acquisition channels.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.

Campaign Planning and Execution :

- Develop and execute end-to-end growth campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, email, content marketing, SEO optimisation, and social media marketing, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Identify best-fit customers using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.

What's a must-have for you to thrive ?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B growth marketing/demand generation within the SaaS industry.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, or similar.

- Proven experience in driving content growth by utilizing optimal SEO strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in developing successful marketing campaigns.

- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
